:film: (7/10) Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban ( 2004 )
I managed to see this film a whole 4 days before it comes out on general release!! I’m not really a big fan of Harry Potter, and certainly have managed to stay away from the over-hyped books. The only reason I’ve seen the other films – Chamber of Secrets and the Philosopher’s Stone is because Angharad is a Alan Rickman / Snape fan and I end up watching them when I go a-visiting. I saw this one because my friend DD was visiting from America and she’s an Alan Rickman / Potter fan too! I’m surrounded by them..heh
Anyways, back to the film at hand. It wasn’t really a bad film as such, and I have no idea how faithful it was to the actual books but it certainly (at least in my opinion) wasn’t up to the standard of the last two films, and I liked this one the least out of the present 3 films.
