It looks like the gadget that they use in Star Trek to translate languages into spoken English etc is closer to becoming a reality. An Electronics firm in Japan – NEC – is behind a device that translates Japanese to English, and vice versa. It’s currently only going to be available in Japan, but it’s one step in the right direction.
No more of this having to learn a language, which is good, cos i’m terrible at it!!!
