DVD’s
1. Are you more likely to rent or buy DVD’s? Why?
I usually buy DVD’s. I have rented a couple of times, but that’s usually to take advantage of a free rental month offer from various online companies! It also helps to build up my DVD collection, that way I always have something to watch when it’s a quiet night on the TV! Plus I LOVE movies!
2. If you rent DVD’s, do you bother viewing the ‘Behind the Scenes’ or watching the entire movie again with commentary on?
I don’t really think I’ve watched that many of my DVD’s with the commentary option on AT ALL. I do however like viewing the behind the scenes, the making of, the trailers etc that are always brimming the DVDs to the max!
3. Do you think these features warrant the extra cost for DVD? (Afterall, we were able to buy new release VHS for $9.99 prior to DVD).
Well I have this little obsession with trailers, so if the trailer is included – hell yes! 
Although these days, I can pick up the DVD version for cheaper than the VHS version is over here in the UK. with the added fact that DVDs do not wear out, since the film is not in touch with the heads, it’s just read by the laser, they have a much longer life expectancy than your typical VHS cassette, so yes they are worth it!

*Horror: At the moment – Dog Soldiers or The Thing.
